The Product is made of aerated mortar and haydite. Haydite is a product of expanded clay subject to heat treatment at elevated temperature. The Product was recognized as new construction material, techniques, and method by the Interior Ministry of our country. 3-1/8inch thick panel with wire mesh meets 3 hrs fire rating of CNS 12514. Its fire resistant capability is well exceed the reinforced concrete wall.

| Heat Insulation |
Haydite concrete has been widely used as roof thermal insulation in western countries. Haydite itself is a very good insulation material, the panel contains numerous small, uniformly distributed air pores. Its insulation capability is much better than masonry block. It is the best environmental wall panel for energy saving.

| Excellent Acoustical Properties |
| The Sound Transmission Class (STC) measured according to ASTM E413 of 3-1/8 inch thick panel is 44db and 51db for 6-1/4 inch thick panel. The panel has excellent sound attenuation property because it contains numerous uniformly distributed air pores. The panel will absorb the airborne sound instead of reflecting it;therefore reverberation is very low. It can be used for recording studio and sound barrier. |

| Earthquake Resistant |
| Compressive strength of the panel is 895 psi, which is not very high. But due to its low specific weight, the panel induce less earthquake force. Even in the extreme situation, the panel will not collapse due to the wire mesh reiforcement. |

| No Condensation |
| In tropical or sub-tropical area, warm air always carries large amount of moisture and it tends to condense on cool surface. No condensation on the panel due to its good insulation property. |

| No deform, deteriorating, weight loss and compressive strength loss after many water absorption, freeze, de-freeze cycle. |

| The panel trimmed waste can be crushed and recycled if necessary. |

Dry specific weight of The Product is 0.85 only. Weight of 3-1/8 inch thick panel is only 14 lb per square feet,less than one third of half brick wall. Lower dead weight means less structural cost. Less thickness also provides more usable space for the building.

| Solid And Durable |
| The panel is a solid wall. Its composition is haydite, cement and sand. Whether they are used for interior partition wall or exterior wall, they are as durable as concrete wall. Their performance is much better than most other composite wall materials. |

| Un-Crack Joint |
| Because the panel contains numerous small, uniformly distributed air pores, it's somewhat flexible so that it can absorb the volume change due to temperature change and shrinkage. The strength of grouting mortar in the vertical joint is much higher than that of the panel; the mortar can bond tightly to the porous panel surface This will insure the joint not to crack. Expansion joint only needed for wall length greater than 7 meters. |

| Easy Fix Of Heavy Facilities |
Heavy facilities such as bathroom fixtures, sinks, kitchen cabinets can be hung on the panel by expansion bolt (3/8inch expansion bolt can take 1320 lb pull force) Other finishing material such as marble, granite, can also be fixed to the panel easily. Lighter material can be nailed on directly.

| Plumbing pipes, conduits, ducts and wall outlets can be installed easily by cutting the panel and patching after installation. Changing in the future can also be done with same easiness. The panel is much easier to work on than other wall materials. |

| Easy Application Of Wall Paper & Ceramic Tiles |
The panel surface is very flat because it's cut surface. Good bond with any other material because its surface contains numerous small air pores. Ceramic tiles and wall papers can be applied directly on it without any special treatment. For painted finished, only a thin coat of plastering applied before painting is needed.
